Thomas & Company Consulting delivers professional consulting services. We do not sell physical goods. The terms below describe how, when, and in what form our services are delivered.
The majority of client engagements are delivered remotely over secure video conferencing. Each video session is conducted in any modern web browser using a one-click link sent in advance — no software downloads and no third-party accounts required. For clients located in the greater Birmingham, Alabama region, in-person sessions are available by appointment at our office. The delivery method for each engagement is discussed and agreed upon during the discovery call.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within one (1) business day of submitting a form, please check your spam folder, then contact [email protected]. We will resolve any delivery issue promptly and resend the meeting link or report at no cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by your email provider, internet connection, or third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

Sessions are scheduled during regular business hours, typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Off-hours scheduling may be available on request.
