Service Delivery Policy

Thomas & Company Consulting delivers professional consulting services. We do not sell physical goods. The terms below describe how, when, and in what form our services are delivered.

1. Format of Delivery

The majority of client engagements are delivered remotely over secure video conferencing. Each video session is conducted in any modern web browser using a one-click link sent in advance — no software downloads and no third-party accounts required. For clients located in the greater Birmingham, Alabama region, in-person sessions are available by appointment at our office. The delivery method for each engagement is discussed and agreed upon during the discovery call.

2. What Is Delivered

• Discovery call. A scheduled 30-minute video conversation with O.T. Thomas to understand your situation and determine fit. Delivered on the date and time you select through the scheduling tool. The meeting link is delivered by email immediately upon successful booking.
• Business Readiness Assessment. A 45-question structured review delivered through the website. The written report is generated immediately upon completion and is available on screen and as a downloadable PDF.
• Consulting engagements. Defined in a written engagement agreement signed by both parties before any work begins. Deliverables, cadence, scope, and timeline are specific to each engagement and described in that agreement.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Discovery call confirmations: immediate upon scheduling (typically within seconds; no longer than 1 business day if there is a temporary system delay).
• Assessment results: immediate upon submission.
• Replies to inquiries: within one (1) business day.
• Consulting deliverables: as set forth in each individual engagement agreement.

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive a confirmation email within one (1) business day of submitting a form, please check your spam folder, then contact [email protected]. We will resolve any delivery issue promptly and resend the meeting link or report at no cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by your email provider, internet connection, or third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive services as scheduled, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information.
• Having a working internet connection capable of supporting video.
• Joining sessions on time using the link provided.
• Providing reasonable cooperation, materials, and access during a paid engagement.

6. Service Availability

Sessions are scheduled during regular business hours, typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Off-hours scheduling may be available on request.
